This low-acid smoothie is delicious and nutritious. The almond and coconut milks neutralize the slightly acidic strawberries, so you can have a healthy snack without feeling the burn.

3large frozen strawberries
Slightly thaw the strawberries by leaving them out for about 20 minutes, or zapping them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Place all ingredients in the beaker of your immersion blender.
Set the wand in the bottom of the beaker, and then turn it on to low, letting the ingredients mix well. You can gently lift the wand up a bit to get a better mix, but not too far or you will have a mess on your hands.
When all the ingredients are mixed, remove the wand and pour the smoothie into a glass to enjoy!
